639 KICK

There are 639 muscles in the body and this class will hit all of them! The 1st half of class utilizes traditional and non traditional methods that target all the major muscle groups. The 2nd half is up tempo cardio kickboxing that gets your heart pumping.

ABS, JABS & KICKS!

Robert Wallace's signature kickboxing class is a non-stop, non-contact class includes shadow boxing, calisthenics, kickboxing drills and cardio kickboxing combinations. Tons of kicks, punches, blocks, and footwork.

BOX IT!

High intensity boxing class set to energyzing music. Strong emphasis on Boxing technique. Intermediate to advanced. Hand wraps and sign up required.

BOXERCISE

Finally a boxing class that focuses on boxing fundamentals. Come ready to hit. Intense Bag and Mit work coupled with strength, aerobic and punching drills to build Boxer-like stamina and endurance. This class is great for Upper Body conditioning and toning. Come ready to sweat! Towels are recommended but handwraps are a must.

BOXING

A technique-based class using heavy bags, speed bags, focus pads and jump ropes. Handwraps are required.

FIGHTER'S EDGE

FORZA!

Italian for "strength and power." Also known as Samurai sword training, the one-hour class is a super-charged workout that blends elements of two Japanese Sword Fighting techniques--Kendo and Aikijujitsu.

IMPACT X TRAINING

A dynamic full body workout incorporating heavy bags, focus mitts, double end bags, jump ropes and more. Increase cardiovascular endurance, strength and agility while you learn the secrets of the pros. All levels. Hand wraps required.

IMPACT!

Impact is the evolution of shadow kickboxing. No other workout can bring you the excitement, the intensity and the physical benefits of working on a bag. When striking a bag you are constantly testing your strength, increasing your stamina and are forced to improve your form and technique.

IRON BODY: THAI BOXING

This "King of the Ring" Mixed Martial Arts" tradition is popular world over as it incorporates punches, kicks, elbows and knees to wear off opponents. Add to the mix challenging kettlebell sequences that fortify your conditioning and this class will surely take you to the next level.

KABAM!

An intense cardio punching and kicking class done entirely on free standing bags. Created by Cheryl Lynn Ward, this class is an endurance class that allows you to learn and execute proper kicking and punching techniques while getting a complete and fun cardio workout.

KARATESTRIKE

An authentic martial arts workout developed by Harry Otto using traditional karate "kata" forms to high energy music. Addresses front, side, back and wheel kicks with an assortment of punching combinations. Levels II/III requires instructor clearance.

KICK BUTT!

Sweat the calories, and let off some steam in this 60 minute punch and kick packed cardio class. Learn basic, and easy to follow punch and kick sequences that are guaranteed to make you sweat!

KICK CAMP

A boot camp style work out fusing a combination of cardio circuit drills, kicking and punching techniques from both Thai styled kickboxing and the Chinese system of Bok Fu.

KICK IT

SPORT TAE KWON DO

Tae Kwon Do, Korean Martial Art meaning the way of the hand and foot. Sport Tae Kwon Do is the modern competition version of this ancient system of self defense. In this class, the same dynamic kick, punch, and cardio conditioning drills used by Olympic Tae Kwon Do athletes will be practiced.

STEP ‘N KICK
