Pilates conditioning on the Allegro Reformer. This 6 person semi personal group training requires pre registration and an extra fee.

Pilates conditioning class on the Allegro Reformer to focus on Legs, Glutes and Belly. This Paid class requires pre-registration and is limited to 6 campers.

CHAIR PILATES (PAID)

This program is the bridge between the Pilates studio and Group Fitness Exercise. This groundbreaking, versatile workout is offered in semi-private classes of 1 to 6 participants. It will give you new motivation and challenges all fitness levels, ages and genders. This is the complete, total body work out system. CLASSIC PILATES

This class offers a combination of exercises that strengthen, balance, align, and focus the body/mind to create a more powerful core. Move from the fundamentals of Pilates into traditional mat exercises.

DYNAMIC PILATES FUSION

Laura Ward's signature class fuses concepts from Pilates, yoga, dance, Laban movement analysis, Bartenieff Fundamentals & Gyrokinesis all work to increase the efficiency of your body & improve alignment and tone.

FLETCHER PILATES ™

Building on the 10 original Pilates exercises, this class is a unique Pilates Method experience. Ron’s innovative techniques; Fletcher Percussive Breathing™, Fletcher Standing and Centering™ and Fletcher Floorwork®, will enrich your mat class for true Pilates strength, grace and breath.

GRP PILATES REFORMER (PAID)

A small group pilates class on the reformers. Advance reservation and fee required. A minimum of 3 private one-on-one sessions with a pilates trainer is required before entering into the group setting.

LINDAFIT PILATES

MAGIC CIRCLE PILATES MAT

Take your Pilates practice to a new level. With the help of the "Magic Circle" Pilates ring, you will move your body through a full range of core strengthening and stability exercises.

MAT REFORMER

A Pilates reformer workout, without the reformer. Experience a completely different Pilates challenge as we use the Magic Circle, thera-bands, balls, light dumbbells and the step to bring traditional Reformer exercises to the mat.

MVE PILATES FUSION

Build Strength, flexibility and endurance with this innovative workout. Pilates, cardio and strength elements are combined to create a total body experience.

PILATES 4 ATHLETES

Challenging core, strength and stability this workout will wake your body up in an exciting new way. Taught on the brand new MVe Fitness chair, this class is the future of Pilates training. Pilates, Bootcamp and sculpt. Challenging variations of the pilates exercises utilizing resist-a-balls, bosus, bands, medicine balls and pilates apparatus (reformers). Class will move between stations in a circuit-style setting.

Combines Yoga and Pilates to help strenghten your core and lower back with Pilates style exercises while you create flexibility and alignment through Yoga postures focusing on the breath. Benefits include stress reduction and overall flexibility.

YOGILATES CHISEL

Love yoga chisel? Love pilates? Then this is the perfect class for a new you! In this yoga-pilates fusion class, we will combine yoga postures using light hand weights with advanced pilates mat exercises to chisel the entire body.
