Cycle to the Beat of the music. This challenging and high intensity class is a great cardiovascular workout and experience. Cycling 'out-of-the-saddle' is an option for advanced cyclists.

This 75 minute non-stop interval class mixes cycling with strength training, plyometrics, core and agility work! Don't be surprised if we play tug-of-war, have a push up contest, or incorporate some yoga!

CYCLE EXPRESS TRAIN

Who says you need to workout for hours & hours to see results? With a 5 minute warm-up and cool down, this 30-minute cardio driven ride will help you burn calories, energize the body and start your day off right. For a total body workout, try the 30 minute yoga class to follow.
