The Equinox Fitness Training Institute (EFTI) is the first in-house education program of its kind which consists of over 150 hours of mandatory in-house education. All Equinox Personal Trainers are required to complete this program to ensure our members receive the highest level of customized fitness program design.
EFTI courses include Anatomy, Kinesiology, exercise physiology, advanced program design, post rehab protocols and more. These classes are taught by Exercise Physiologists, Physical Therapists and Kinisiologists under the supervision of the most respected experts in the field.
